Most roofs need to be cleaned every few years because contaminants like mold, mildew, algae, moss, and lichens grow on them. These unwanted biological organisms and plants stain roofs, and can contaminate their respective houses and backyards with mold and related bioorganisms.
Up until now, pressure washing contractors have only been able to clean roofs by using very high concentrations (from 12 percent to 75 percent) of bleach or chlorine in their solutions. This merely bleaches the dirt and kills many of the surrounding plants.
At Fresh, on the other hand, we clean and restore roofs to their original state with a LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) system using a chlorine-free, bleach-free solution. Not only will your roof look like new, but our system is safe for use around children and pets because our cleaning products are organic, non-toxic, and USDA approved. What's more, the Fresh system will delay any regrowth of mold, algae, and mildew for anywhere from 18 months to 5 years.
